Product Information Disclaimer
We try our best to make the product descriptions, size information and pictures on our website as accurate as possible. However, slight color variation may exist between the physical jewelry and the screen image due to different display devices, light environment when shooting photos. All jewelry sizes are manually measured, and minor measurement error within a reasonable range is normal. All products of OVENALE are fashion costume jewelry, not fine precious metal jewelry or genuine gemstone jewelry unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Fashion jewelry may tarnish over time if exposed to water, sweat, perfume and chemical products, which is normal characteristic of fashion accessories. We will provide wearing tips on product pages for maintenance reference.
Order & Payment Terms
After you submit an order and complete payment, your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or reject your order in special circumstances, including but not limited to: product out of stock, obvious price error on the website, suspected fraudulent order, abnormal order behavior. If we cancel your paid order, we will notify you by email and arrange full refund to your original payment account. You promise that all payment methods you use to settle the order belong to you legally and you have the authorization to use this payment method.
